1. About Us
Jay Bird Universe is a UK-based creative business producing unique, one-off designs which are manufactured and shipped by professional print-on-demand partners. Contact email: info@jaybirduniverse.co.uk
2. Products & Production
All products sold on this website are custom-made to order. Production is carried out by third-party fulfilment partners (such as Printify or Prodigi), who print, package, and ship your order directly to you.
Because items are made specifically for each customer:
- Minor variations in colour or placement may occur.
- Items cannot be resold or returned to stock.
- Returns for “change of mind” are not accepted.
3. Order Process & Acceptance
When you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
- Production begins shortly after payment is received.
- Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:
- The product becomes unavailable
- Payment is not authorised
- Fraud is suspected
- There is an error in pricing or product information
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely through WooCommerce-approved payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
Jay Bird Universe does not store or process your card details.
5. Shipping Policy
Production Time
Typical production time is 2–5 business days, depending on the product and fulfilment partner.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by region and carrier. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking is provided whenever available from the fulfilment partner.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all items are custom-made, returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item arrives defective
- The item is incorrect (wrong size, wrong print, wrong product)
- The item is lost in transit
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at info@jaybirduniverse.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- A free replacement will be sent — no return required.
Change of Mind
Returns for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
Wrong Size Ordered
If the customer selects the wrong size, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
Print-on-demand items are not physically returned to Jay Bird Universe or the fulfilment partner. Replacements are issued without requiring a return.

All artwork, designs, text, and branding on this website are the property of Jay Bird Universe. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
